We are a women’s professional development platform and a values-driven organization on a mission to redefine the life-work balance to help ambitious women find the flexibility they desire. With most traditional career paths lacking work flexibility arrangements and long term career progression for women, we realized that the construct of the work needed reevaluation. Women are now more likely to resign and leave their jobs at three times the rate of males: 24% vs 7% according to the Network for Executive Women. Recognizing women's increased desire for career breaks and flexibility, we founded a company that truly understands their needs.

We invite you to join us in exploring a more gentle approach to work through our regular workshops, short courses and events, based in Istanbul! We are mostly an online platform but have in person networking events, and a thriving community. Our community has grown over the years and we have interviewed over 200 incredible women so far, whose stories can be found here and on our instagarm page. These women are business owners, freelancers, authors or women who are exceptionally good at what they do! We believe that it’s not antithetical to ambition to want to slow down and reprioritize based on life’s chapters and seasons. There is more to life than 9-5.
